EGLEGROW sells digital content and digital services, such as PDF nutrition and training plans and video workouts available through “Tevello”.

Under applicable law, the right to withdraw from a distance contract may not apply to digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium if, before supply begins, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal. If these conditions are met and access to the content has been provided or a download has started, you may no longer cancel the order or receive a refund.

If you purchase a digital service rather than one-off digital content, the right of withdrawal depends on the service and applicable legal requirements. If you expressly request that the service begin during the 14-day withdrawal period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service provided up to the point of withdrawal. You lose the right to withdraw from a service contract that has been fully performed only if you gave your prior express consent and acknowledged this consequence.

How to submit a request

If you believe an order does not match its description, you have not received access, or you have another purchase-related issue, email egrauzinyte@gmail.com. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within the period required by law.

This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights relating to non-conforming digital content or services, improper performance of a contract or other mandatory remedies.
