These terms apply to the purchase of digital products and services through the EGLEGROW online store. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read these terms.

2. Products, prices and orders

Product descriptions, contents, format, price and access method are set out on the relevant product page. Prices are shown in euros; the total payable and any applicable taxes are displayed before you confirm your order. A contract is formed when the store confirms your order by email.

3. Payment and delivery of digital products

Payment is made using the methods shown at checkout. PDF files are delivered electronically. “Tevello” content is made available as described on the product page, usually by email with login or access details. If you do not receive access, please contact us by email.

4. Withdrawal and non-conformity

Withdrawal conditions for digital content and services are set out in our Returns and Right of Withdrawal Policy. Your statutory rights concerning digital content or services that do not conform remain unaffected.

5. Use of content

Purchased content is for personal use unless the product description states otherwise. You must not copy, distribute, publish, resell or provide access to the content to others without prior written permission.

6. Liability and health

Training and nutrition plans are general information, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Before changing your activity or diet, consider your health and consult a healthcare professional if needed. Stop exercising if you experience pain or feel unwell.

7. Complaints and disputes

For questions or complaints, contact egrauzinyte@gmail.com. Consumer disputes are handled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
